Three Removable 304 Stainless Steel Racks — Fits Pan Sizes
Each ceramic casserole dish includes a removable 304 stainless steel rack. Set chicken, bacon, fish, or vegetables on the rack to keep food above rendered fat and drippings while promoting airflow for a crispier finish. Remove the rack to use each ceramic baking dish as a lasagna pan, gratin dish, brownie pan, or tiramisu pan. Placed on a stable, heat-safe surface, the clean rack can also cool baked goods.

Each deep baking pan has generous room for layers, sauces, and hearty recipes.
