Quick Tips for Our Parchment Papers

Q1: Why did it char or smoke?

A: Never preheat with the parchment paper inside! Without food to weigh it down, it can fly up and touch the heating element. Only add the liner when you’re ready to cook. Also, use properly sized paper and avoid long edges. In air fryer or convection mode, strong airflow can lift loose corners, and if they reach the heating element, they may catch fire.

Q2: Why is my food/bread still sticking?

A: For baking paper: The dough may contain too much water or sugar. It's recommended to lightly coat the paper with oil or sprinkle a little flour to prevent sticking.

For air fryer liner: It happens with lean foods like veggies or chicken breast. A quick spray of oil on the liner or your food will solve it!

Q3: Grease pools under the paper. Quality issue?

A: Nope. It’s just how the air fryer liner works. Because our liners are designed to keep your basket clean, they hold in grease.

Q4: How do I get the right fit?

A: Always measure the bottom diameter of your pan/ basket. Compare that to our size guide to ensure a perfect fit!

A: Our parchment paper is made of 40GSM food-grade paper, which is approximately 14% thicker than the most common 35GSM paper on the market.
